A Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West sex-tape would be worth $25 million, according to porn baron Steven Hirsch.
The Vivid Entertainment chief - who distributed Kim's sex-tape with former boyfriend Ray J in 2007- would happily splash out a huge sum for a racy video featuring Kim, 35, and Kanye, 39, as he believes it would be hugely profitable.
He told RadarOnline: "A Kim/Kanye tape would be worth $25 million, at bare minimum."
And Steven would also happily pay big bucks for racy footage featuring any of Kim's sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian or Kylie and Kendall Jenner, as he believes public interest in the family would lead to huge profits.
He explained: "Instant bestsellers due to the huge interest in their lives. How much we would pay depends on what they would be willing to do in the movie and several other factors."
Steven revealed Kim's sex-tape, which helped shoot her to fame, is still making money and calls it one of the best celebrity sex-tapes of all time.
He said: "If you take into consideration not only the sales but the immense publicity it has received; it truly stands above any other video.
"The number increases every day and the interesting thing is that its sales are directly correlated to news events concerning Kim."
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Ray J is considering legal action against Kanye over the rapper's 'Famous' video.
Kanye sparked outrage when he dropped the controversial music promo, which features wax lookalikes of the singer as well as Taylor Swift, Donald Trump, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, former US president George W Bush, singer Chris Brown, and his own ex-girlfriend Amber Rose in bed with him and his spouse.
And Ray is furious about being depicted in the video and is considering making a bid for "compensation".
His business manager, David Weintraub, told heat magazine: "We're talking about potentially doing something.
"Because there's too many times Kanye has done this, and you can't really continue to use people's likeness without either compensation or clearance.
"It seems to be becoming an issue - this is like the fourth time in six months he's done this.
"We haven't really worked anything out. There were kind of discussions but it's getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything"
