It took four firefighters and a vet to free a cow who somehow got her head stuck in a tree

One hapless cow in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, England, got itself into a tight spot after it managed to get its head stuck in a tree trunk. The operation to free her took all of four fighters and a vet. She was sedated before they used straps, saws , and other tools to free her. North Yorkshire Fire Service tweeted pictures of their rescue, with the caption: 'it was a happy ending for all'.  More photos below:
