Clearly there was some tension in the air as silence ensued for a while. After a moment the lookalike says to Kim: 'Well hello, nice to meet you, finally.'
Away from the practice Kim is seen telling the camera: 'This is super awkward the fact that Jonathan would take it to this level is so bizarre to me.'
