The Chinese Special Ops units has grabbed honors again at Jordan's Warrior Competition -- an annual test of skill, endurance, discipline and training. Twenty-seven international special operations teams face off for six days to demonstrate what warriors are truly made of.

The Chinese Special Ops units has grabbed honors again at Jordan's Warrior Competition -- an annual test of skill, endurance, discipline and training.

The final leg of competition for China's Yanshan Mountain Commandos. A grueling run through rocky terrain followed by marksmanship tests.

Both the Yanshan Mountain and China's Snow Leopard Commando Units performed impressively at this year's Warrior Competition.

"I have to say...the Chinese have done really, really well. We've always had a healthy respect for them but I didn't expect their performance to be quite as peak as it is. Their speed and their accuracy are outstanding," said Mykel Hawke, judge, The Warrior Competition.

They were up against twenty-five other teams from a dozen different countries including Canada, the Czech Republic, Lebanon and Jordan.

The trainings that the Chinese teams undergo for their positions in this unit are rigorous including weapons and vehicular training and the physical includes two hundred push-ups and sit-ups per day and a cross-country trek carrying thirty-five kilos on their backs.

Teams competed in events with titles like "The Punisher" and "Soul Crusher"...Judges were looking for...

"The most important thing that's a universal principle throughout time - all militaries - is speed and accuracy. The teams can go really fast and shoot really poorly and you might as well be dead. If the teams shoot really well but they can't make it to the target on time, they might as well be dead," Mykel Hawke said.

China's teams consistently pull top scores at the competition that is now in its eighth year.
