Woman bitten by 2-foot-long nurse shark that attached itself to her forearm, safely has it removed

A woman was bitten by a 2-foot-long nurse shark in Florida which attached itself to her forearm even when it was killed. Though the shark was killed, it remained attached and couldn't be removed from her forearm.

She was later taken to the hospital where it was successfully detached and her friends shared a picture on Facebook which shows her smiling from her hospital bed as she held the dead shark in a bag.

She has also been released from the hospital
